Kelly tries to slide around the panel without the guard noticing

"No, It's too risky, thought Kelly. "It's safer to go on and see where the exits are." If there was one other think her time in the forest had taught her, it was to check the perimeter before attempting a mission.

Kelly continued crawling, eventually reaching a vent. She leaned in to see what was happening and-

CRACK!

The vent gave way under Kelly's weight, and she fell into a room below. Thankfully, the scientists were so busy talking that they didn't notice her.

Kelly listened on to the conversation, leaning closer...closer...

"Are you sure it's ready?" Kelly noticed this was the scientist from before, the one who was being bossed around.

"Sure, Patrick. After all, he did test it, whether he intended to or not." Kelly remembered this voice from somewhere

"Mr. Van Holt, I sincerely suggest you let that Perinade kid of yours not get to you. At least he showed that there are no negative side effects of time warping."

"Doctor Van Holt?! Time warping?!" Kelly exclaimed. "There she is!" said the scientist named Patrick. "Get him!" said Van Holt. Kelly knew that she could could only fight one of them. But who?
